LivoSystems – Swarm-Inspired Drone Defense System

Project and Setup Overview!

Drones are everywhere — not all of them friendly. Airports, stadiums, industrial facilities, and public events face increasing risks from unauthorized UAVs.

LivoSystems is developing a legal, AI-powered, swarm-inspired drone defense system that will can:

Detect multiple drones simultaneously

Track threats in real time

Safely intercept intruders using non-lethal methods to humans

We are seeking funding to launch operations and begin the research & development phase of our swarm interceptor drones. The drone defense sector remains underdeveloped in Europe — presenting a high-potential, first-mover opportunity.

Key Features

Autonomous Coordination: Multiple intercept drones operate together, simulating swarm behavior for optimized defense.

Non-Lethal Interception: Net-based or tethered capture methods, fully compliant with EU law.

Modular Detection Sensors: Radar, RF, EO/IR, and acoustic modules for 360° coverage.

AI-Powered Threat Assessment: Prioritizes and responds to high-risk UAVs in real time.

Scalable Architecture: Starting with individual interceptors and grow into a coordinated swarm acting as a unified defense network.

How It Works

Detection & Tracking: Modular sensor network identifies and classifies airborne threats.

AI Coordination: “Swarm logic” software autonomously assigns tasks and optimizes response.

Interceptor Drones: Non-lethal drones capture intruders safely.

Ground Control Station: Operator interface for monitoring, mission planning, and data logging.

Analytics: Post-event reporting and AI training for continuous improvement.

Investor Highlights

High-Growth Market: First-mover advantage in the EU drone defense sector

Dual-Use Technology: Commercial and government applications

AI-Driven Scalability: Swarm-inspired system grows with market demand

Clear Milestones: R&D and prototype phases with transparent deliverables

Fully Legal & Safe: Compliant with EU aviation, spectrum, and safety regulations

Business Model

Government contracts (defense, border guards, police).

Civil security (airports, seaports, energy plants).

Subscription service for monitoring (Drone-as-a-Service).

Export potential within NATO/EU framework.

Market Opportunity

Global drone security market size and CAGR.

Rising EU/NATO defense budgets (post-2022 war context).

Few local competitors in Baltic region → advantage for LivoSystems.

Frequently Asked Questions

Early exit will be available after 7 months starting from when project will be fully funded.

No, we dont need full amount to allready start R&D phase for LIVO - SHIELD drone

LIVOSYSTEMS will not use 100% funding from P2P investors, it will be about 64% and the rest 34% will come from LIAA grants , vouchers and Europe commission also is offering funding for defence startups.

LIAA offers up to 200 k eur support for AI driven solotions for startups with 50% support intensity. Also LIAA is offering 25k eur voucher for staff salary expenses. https://business.gov.lv/atbalsta-iespejas/atbalsts-procesu-digitalizacijai-un-maksliga-intelekta-risinajumiem#atbalsta-intensitate https://business.gov.lv/atbalsta-iespejas/inovaciju-vauceru-atbalsts#atbalstamo-darbibu-apraksti

LIVOSYSTEMS will manufacture LIVO-SHIELD drone much faster than the project maturity term, but there will need some time to offer to army and then get approvals for export.

In short LIVO- SHIELD will be drone and drone swarms (multiply drones) what can destroy other enemy drones if enemy drones will cross the country border to attack infrastructure or civilians or European army, NATO. The best thing is to manufacture drones where one human can lead whole army of drones to intercept enemy drones with AI powered solutions. Right now one human can control one drone and its complicated to stop many enemy drones what are attacking NATO borders.

At the momment Europe is facing threats from Russia and other countries, defence companies are now emerging, EU is funding new defence companies and if the big war will happen it will be drone war mostly.

We have a strong team, and with first project funding we will hire new profesionals in finance and engineer's for development. Also investors will invest in own company not third party projects. Also the returns for investors will be high.

To develop a swarm drones with AI powered modules. 1. Swarm drones for destroying enemy drones. 2. Swarm drones for destroying occupation armored columms if enemy will decide to cross NATO borders.

AI can power and make decisions instead of human, also it can lead multiple drones to attack or defence. At this momment in actual war one human is leading one drone. We want that to lead whole army of drones need one drone operator what will use AI to lead them. Even LIVOSYSTEMS website is made using AI technologies.

Yes, starting from 100k eur can get and start negotiating about equity and also leading marketing partners can negotiate about equity of LIVOSYSTEMS after sucessfull promoting.

LIVOSYSTEMS office is at Riga city, Latvia, and manufacturing facility will be outside Riga city nearby for security purposes.
